We believe that everyone learns best by:

- Using a mixture of theoretical and practical applications of new knowledge
- Translating the new knowledge and skills into their own environment
Our training courses are a unique mix of outdoor, experiential learning with classroom-based theoretical sessions, reviews, and feedback.
We use outdoor mental and physical activities because they enable us and the individuals in the group to observe the consequences of their patterns of behaviour, the way they interact with others, and experiment with different styles and approaches. Facilitated reviews allow this to be captured and fully understood by all.
However, we are not a “military” style operation. We never:
- Force or pressurise people into doing things they are uncomfortable with
- Make physical prowess a measure of success
- Intimidate, humiliate, or denigrate delegates
