Why choose us to help with your training needs? We obviously think we’re good, but please take a look at our testimonials page for external support of our belief.
We think we’re different to other training organisations because we believe and act on the following at all times:
- You are the most important part of the picture. We exist only to help you develop, not to push our beliefs or systems onto you
- The development of all skills is done in an authentic way; it’s not about pretending to be something you’re not
- We always mix theory with practice, which will engage you, and ensure that your development takes place in the head, heart and soul, and not just in a dry, academic sense

Skill Build was established after years of experience of training courses that were either too theoretical (leading to switch-off, or lack of interest/understanding), or those that were great fun but you came away thinking “great, but back to work as usual now”. Our aim, which we consistently deliver on, is to combine the best bits of these approaches to deliver the best of all possible outcomes.
