In line with our philosophy, no two programmes are the same, because no two clients are the same. These examples will give an idea of the areas we’ve worked in recently.

Ongoing Programmes

Working closely with one of our major clients, we are fully integrated into their internal management development programme. Working with groups of newly-promoted managers, we take them through a series of programmes designed to increase their leadership and management skills. These programmes build on each other over the course of a year, using feedback and ongoing contact to ensure that the support and skills needed are developed in each individual, enhancing their effectiveness.

Board-Level Coaching

Using Myers-Briggs profiling as a base, we worked with one of our clients to improve the effectiveness of their board. Through coaching them in leading and learning styles, and allowing them to see in practice the impact of these, we helped them to understand themselves and each other better, improve their communication, and develop new tools to work with their respective departments.

Everyone knows the importance of high quality communication, and this is especially true for a rapidly-growing client working across two countries in different time zones. Acknowledging these difficulties, we developed a programme focused on clearly demonstrating the potential pitfalls. By jointly creating tools and techniques to overcome the issues, and reinforcing them with practical examples, the team have gone away with fresh ideas and a shared understanding of how to work better together.
