A standard, off-the-shelf training course will never precisely fit your needs. In addition, no single theory or model of management yet created is designed to address every possible situation. We bypass these problems by:

  • Designing each and every course in consultation with our clients. The more we know about you, your business situation, your team and your needs, the better we can design a course for you.
  • We don’t have a “management model” into which we cram all of our clients. We are open-minded and flexible, and will use the best bits of any theoretical framework we can find (NLP, Myers Briggs, Belbin, Insights and so on), on the condition that (a) it is relevant to your situation, and (b) it offers real practical benefits.

Our approach does not require us to have the answer to every question, and we never pretend to be “The Oracle”. You understand your business much better than we do, so our role is to give you some tools, pointers, and the right environment and opportunity to learn for yourself, and find the right solutions from within your team. You will be amazed at the hidden potential that we can release.
